Danielle has practiced in the area of family law since 2009 when she began her articles at a family law firm in Langley. In 2019, Danielle and Beth opened Hepburn + Glass Lawyers LLP, which encompasses their shared commitment to delivering the highest quality legal services for all clients. Danielle continues to focus her files on family law and appreciates her role in assisting clients while they navigate through the legal challenges that arise with the end of a relationship or marriage, as well as helping clients define or revise parenting arrangements when household dynamics undergo change. While out-of-court resolutions are desired, litigation may be inevitable and Danielle regularly appears at all levels of court in British Columbia. She also acts as a supervising lawyer with the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic at the Peter A. Allard School of Law.
Danielle attended the University of Victoria and completed a degree in Political Science and History. Before attending law school, she worked aboard various cruise ships as program leader of the child care programs. During her extensive travels, Danielle settled in her ancestral home of Dublin, Ireland and attended law school at Trinity College, with one year spent at Osgoode Hall Law School in Ontario. Ready for a return to Canada, and after too much time away from her family and identical twin sister, Patti, Danielle returned to British Columbia and established roots back in Ladner, where she attended elementary and high school.
In addition to her memberships with the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Westminster Family Law Subsection and affiliations with West Coast LEAF | Legal Education and Action Fund and Covenant House, Vancouver, Danielle enjoys spending time outside the office with her family, travelling and staying active through Pilates and Yoga.
