In order to minimize risk to our staff, clients, and the community, effective March 16, 2020, our physical office is closed and our team is working remotely from home.
We can continue to be reached via email and fax during our usual office hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Telephone messages may also be left by calling 604-343-1101 and selecting ‘0’ at the end of the message. We are aiming to return telephone messages and emails as soon as possible.
In line with the current guidance around COVID-19 from the Canadian Government and public health organizations, we will be rescheduling all in-person appointments and will alternatively conduct meetings via telephone for the time being.
If you need to send hardcopy correspondence or documents to our office by mail or courier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us in advance so that we can ensure someone is available at our office to accept the package.
We will be closely following the evolving situation and will provide timely updates as they become available. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish to reiterate that the health and safety of our staff, clients, and community is our firm’s top priority at this time.
