Celeste approaches the practice of law with enthusiasm and diligence. She treats each client with compassion and ensures that they feel heard throughout the process. Her practice focuses primarily on family law and she has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
Originally from Mission, BC, Celeste holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in Political Science and Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
During law school, Celeste worked as a legal intern at West Coast LEAF and volunteered with the Halifax Refugee Clinic and Elizabeth Fry Society. She was also published in the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies, with her paper entitled “Statutory Recognition of Indigenous Custom Adoption: Its Role in Strengthening Self-Governance Over Child Welfare.”
Celeste articled with Hepburn + Glass Lawyers after finishing law school and she is excited to stay on with the firm as an associate lawyer.
Outside of the office, Celeste enjoys kickboxing and spending time with her Corgi.
